    فیلتر GE Hytrex II

     

     

    در فیلتر GE Hytrex II میکروفیبرهای پلی‌پروپیلن دمیده‌شده به‌صورت حرارتی به هم جوش داده می‌شوند تا کارتریجی مستحکم و ایمن ایجاد کنند که ترکیبی از بهره‌وری، طول عمر بالا و خلوص را ارائه می‌دهد و در نتیجه یک محدوده فیلتراسیون با کارایی بالا برای کاربردهای سنگین و حساس فراهم می‌سازد.

    این محصول از پلی‌پروپیلن خالص تأییدشده توسط FDA ساخته شده و در فرآیند تولید آن هیچ نوع رزین بایندر، روان‌کننده، مواد آنتی‌استاتیک، عوامل جداساز یا افزودنی‌های دیگر به کار نمی‌رود. به همین دلیل، این کارتریج با استاندارد NSF 42 مطابقت دارد و ذرات را در سراسر عمق خود به دام می‌اندازد.

     

     

     

    به لطف دامنه گسترده‌ای از پیکربندی‌های ممکن در انتهای کارتریج، Hytrex II که به روش اسپان-باند ساخته شده، یک راه‌حل فیلتراسیون کاربردی و انعطاف‌پذیر ارائه می‌دهد. همچنین  Hytrex II مزایای آشکاری دارد، زیرا هر کارتریج به صورت بسته‌بندی جداگانه و با برچسب‌گذاری دقیق عرضه می‌شود و هر المان دارای کد حک‌شده است، که در نتیجه خطر هرگونه خطای نصب کاهش می‌یابد.
